The doctors are definitely good. Doctor Wang is very patient and great, he was willing to take in my sick younger brother for a checkup even though the clinic is closed. The doctors are very nice and funny especially Dr. Lin. The receptionist the elder lady specifically is just very gossipy and makes fun of you for having a long name or for other thing. She does talk behind about others when she with other younger receptionists. I definitely recommend the doctors.

Went there this Thursday 2019/01/03, the nurses were extremely unprofessional. Gossiping and laughing in front of the patient, and let the patient wait for them in the nurse room. Especially the youngest nurse, who was unskilled and rude, she seemed like she hate her job! I got a blood test from her two months ago, and having me bruising for two weeks! Asked my specialist, she said the nurse was unskilled and impatient. The receptionists were pretty good, besides the girl who wore a pair of glasses. I asked her how long do have to wait, she realized she skipped me from the list, but she didn’t apologized or anything, she just said you’re the next. Ridiculous!!! if I don’t say anything, I might have to wait there forever. The doctors are awesome, that is the reason why I don’t want to change to another clinic so far. Dr. Lin is daring and intelligent, she cared about every details that you said. Overall I really hope the doctors can improve the management, so that the nurses and the receptionists knows what to do and what shouldn’t. Maybe set up a suggestion box in each doctors room to update the feedback from patients.
