Had to schedule an appointment over a month out. Even then, had to wait there 2 hours after my scheduled appointment. Waiting area had every other seat blocked off for social distancing, but it seemed like they didn't really reduce the number of people who were in there (also evidenced by the 2hr wait). They just left half the people standing. Wrote this out of frustration while still waiting... Will update again with final wait time and if I feel like the doc is worth the wait. ============================================== Ok, definitely NOT WORTH THE WAIT. It took almost 3hrs to see him and he sent me off in about 5 mins to get an MRI. When I had the MRI done a few days later and called to schedule a follow up, they couldn't see me for a month! I waited the month out, in pain, came back in time for my appointment, but had to wait another 3hrs. Then, when I finally got back in, it wasn't even Dr. Besser that saw me. Some other guy was there instead and he read to me what I had already read in the MRI report and sent me off in 5mins again with prescription for physical therapy. I see he has a lot of other good reviews, so maybe he's better with patients he knows he's going to operate on? All I know for sure is, if you're planning on seeing him, make sure you have 3hrs to spare and that your phone is well charged. I will definitely not be going back here....
