Very poor service. The staff seemed unorganized and unsure of their responsibilities. Important information was not communicated to the doctor, and follow-ups were missed. I was given the wrong test, and some tests were not done at all. Overall, the office feels extremely unprofessional and disorganized.

I’ve tried reaching out via email with concerns about the front desk staff, but I never received a response. The staff can be rude and unhelpful, making simple tasks like checking in or scheduling appointments frustrating. I hope the clinic takes patient feedback more seriously in the future.
