AVOID COMING HERE IF YOU CAN. I had an extremely disappointing and unprofessional experience at this doctor’s office. I made my appointment through Zocdoc and arrived early to complete the necessary paperwork, hoping for a smooth visit. Instead, I was met with extreme rudeness from the receptionist, Mary. She was dismissive, unhelpful, and showed no interest in assisting me, which made the situation uncomfortable and upsetting. She was physically rude as well. I ultimately decided to leave because I did not want to be treated this way—no one should feel disrespected simply for showing up to a scheduled appointment.
