My treatments have always followed the prescribed course, and each time it was for allergy immunotherapy injections. I also used my insurance for every visit. However, unexpectedly, two charges appeared outside of my insurance coverage, and no one informed me of the reason or provided any billing details. I contacted my insurance company, and they have already communicated with your billing department requesting the itemized statements for these charges. Your office has repeatedly refused to provide the necessary medical billing details, yet you continue to aggressively request payment from me directly. May I ask — is this considered fraudulent billing? Both my insurance company and I have full phone call recordings and complete documentation of all communication. I also sent emails which were ignored. Additionally, the front desk staff has been extremely rude. At this point, I am no longer considering continuing treatment at your facility.
