EVERY single time we go, when we HAVE an appointment, we have to wait AT LEAST 45minutes-1hour before even being seen. When I needed to get an annual blood report done, fasting one, I went in at 10AM and was NOT seen to get my blood taken until 12PM (Mind you I booked an appointment). Absolutely ridiculous. Not only do they book multiple appointments but the wait time is just insane. Front desk isn’t any better, I’ve explained a situation multiple times and our insurance is active but they refuse to see us due to their lack of understanding. As a city employee, my insurance is active and primary, but nope, their lack of checking and ability, even beforehand, caused us to go and turn right back out. We will no longer return to Dr. Chan’s office, he’s a good doctor but the way things run in this office is NOT it. I advise you to go elsewhere unless you like waiting a LONG time to be seen. Update: Say what you want but never once were we seen on time. We only continued to go because we “liked” you Dr. Chan but clearly this is no longer the case. You can say what you want with your staff and I’ll have my story. They could have triple checked the insurance prior to us attending when we told them in advance we were changing back to insurance. Have a wonderful life because clearly you do not care about our time.
