Impossible to get a straight answer from them. Cannot go more than a month without there being an issue getting my prescription filled. If you call the receptionists make sure you get a name and detailed report because they don’t actually follow up on anything without being pressured multiple times.

Was so excited to start at this practice due to all the things that they say they offer & the fact that i'm in desperate need at the moment. At my telehealth session the provider was ten minutes late, no big deal. She then came on and saw that I was at work (mail lady). She advised me she didn't know if she could talk to me, I was "walking". It was on bluetooth and all she could see was me and the sidewalk, so i'm not sure why it would be a problem. She said she needed to verify with someone and I told her I would wait...She never came back and terminated the session. I had a full-blown panic attack in the middle of the street and had to continue to keep it together, and do my job. I called back and got a secretary who could completely care less, never apologized, couldn't be bothered to speak clearly into the phone and told me it would have been a nurse practitioner who hung up on me because they don't have therapists. Lol. She advised the manager would call me back within 24 to 48 hours and surprise! I just got off the phone with them and calmly advised that this has been the worst experience i've had with a practice. When asked, told the story andddddddddd "ok she'll call you back". No "sorry this happened to you, not sure why she didn't contact you but I'll make sure to let her know how important it is", nothing. So I let the young lady know that when dealing with mental health patients, she should be a little more empathetic, The response: "Don't tell me how to do my job." 0 out of 10. Don't recommend. At all.
