I really appreciated how clearly he explained everything and helped me understand what would work best for my vision. After my appointment, Ingrid, the optician, was amazing. While the insurance covered frames weren’t the best quality or style for what I wanted, she helped me find a much better, more stylish option and worked with me to apply discounts so I could upgrade without overspending. She also gave me a discount on the lenses, which made a big difference. In the end, I was able to take advantage of my insurance benefits while still purchasing truly high-quality glasses with premium lenses, including blue light filtering, anti-glare, and transition features perfect for someone like me who spends long hours in front of a computer. Their frame collection is excellent, with great brands and quality, and Ingrid made the whole experience affordable and enjoyable.
