I was only a visitor.....but having been there twice in 2 weeks, everyone was friendly, from the minute you walk through the door. They gave me great directions to my friends room and everyone on the floor were friendly as well. Franklin Woods Center was clean looking and uncluttered, both visits, had places to park, so that was not an issue......It seems like a nice place......I can't comment on the food, or anything else, but it was a pleasent place to viisit. My loved one received excellent care. Helen and her staff were so kind and patient because my “mom” was not the easiest to get along with at first. It didn’t matter to the nurses they kept coming in with smiles on their faces. PT and OT couldn’t have been nicer either! By the time I took her home “mom” was already talking about what she wanted to make for the staff because she finally realized how wonderful they are! Showers were offered twice a week and she said the food was pretty good. Even the folks in the front were very welcoming! Thank you all for a great experience!!!!
