I will absolutely be reporting this company to Medicare. So far we have been scheduled for 2 different Zoom appointments for care for my Grandmother but yet to even have 1 single meeting. We were referred by the rehab facility who told us we would be contacted in 48 hours. It was double that time. When I spoke to them to set up the first appointment, I had them repeat the number back to me twice to make sure they heard me right because there was some feedback on their side of the line. Friday comes, I take off work to help my grandparents navigate the Zoom call. Nothing. I called 6 different times in the next few hours and left voicemails. Finally on the 7th, I tried the Technical extension and was able to speak to someone. Apparently they actually answer if they think you are a provider. She took all my information and had someone call me later that day. Apparently the appointment couldn’t happen because they had the wrong number. This time I scheduled the appointment with my phone number and recorded the phone call. Had them repeat my number back 3 times to make sure. I again took off work, and again…..no phone call. Is this place a complete scam? Because it’s impossible to actually get someone who answers the phone. My next call will be to Medicare itself to make sure there isn’t any bills submitted from this company. Because they won’t receive a dime.
