I met Dr Potapova in 2014. I requested a general eye exam and got a different battery of tests instead, leaving me with a big copay. The pricing was unclear. Besides, no authorization or consent were asked. The assistant was not very helpful either. She was fairly passive and did not request the right insurance. I would avoid this place in the future. Please, find another truthful provider

After half a dozen other ophthalmologists gave me a three or four week wait before appointment, Dr. Potapova saw me same day, so I didn't have to run to the emergency room after experiencing a sudden loss of vision in one eye. She was thorough, professional, and kind. A class act worthy of 5th Avenue!
