I had a very disappointing experience with the front desk staff. I felt that my concerns were not taken seriously, and the attitude I encountered was dismissive and not polite. At times, the behavior felt inappropriate and, in my view, discriminatory, which made the situation very uncomfortable. Additionally, despite my request, the front desk did not contact the doctor on my behalf, which reflects a lack of communication and care. Overall, I did not feel respected or supported during my visit, and I hope improvements are made in how patients are treated at the front desk.

Mis-coded my annual preventative visit and sent me a surprise bill that they won't resolve. I clearly stated to the provider that I didn't want any discussions or prescriptions that would be considered outside the scope of an annual appointment.
