I’ve been a patient since last year and I had nothing but bad experiences when I came into this office. The receptionist is very rude and very nasty and when it comes to Helping you she is useless. She tells you if you feel disrespected that last your problem and if something goes wrong with a medication or insurance problems she says you have to figure it out. Every time I call she would rush the conversation or hang up super quick not even resolving what ever you called for. I am truly disgusted and concerned for other patients. She needs to be fired because clearly her professionalism is poor. Thanks god my mother raised me right. I’ll pray for her! Karma is real!

Completely inconsiderate of your time. They offer 8am appointments but I was told by the staff the Dr. doesn’t even arrive until after 9 each day. I didn’t go into work for this appointment and walked out after an hour of sitting in the waiting room.
