This office is incredibly unprofessional and unequipped to handle the amount of patients they schedule. Patients are squished into the waiting room and made to wait 1-2 hours, sometimes up to 4, because they are overbooked and understaffed. The front desk staff was unorganized and more interested in talking to each other instead of helping patients. There were also not enough trained staff available to assist patients who needed to be manually transferred. The staff were kind but unprepared on how to handle moving heavy patients safely. The manager offered no real support or solutions. Very frustrating and unsafe for anyone with special mobility needs.
