I am always impressed with the staff, from the front desk to the MA's and my doctor, Dr. Abeleva. They all take their time with the patients and are comforting and thorough. The staff will always return calls. I highly recommend.

The quality of ACP has dropped significantly! It feels transactional. I reached out requesting a referral for my son - and I let them know that my son has missed quite a lot of school. No compassion shown. Instead, I was told to check my insurance and select a provider! Where is the CARE!! U had to BEG the nurse - Daphne - to have the provider refer someone that she is familiar with! Also, attention to details is NOT what it use to be. It’s all about a pay check - and low quality care. My calls were also not documented - and as a result - was not returned. It appears to be the norm. Dr Barberis ruled out concerns, her NEVER brushed them off. THAT was care! I really miss him as my son’s provider !
