I had an overall good experience here. The staff was kind, friendly, and welcoming, and I appreciated how comfortable they made me feel during my visit. The cleaning itself was thorough, though it was about 80% complete as the doctor recommended I return for additional treatment. My only concern was with parking. I was told multiple times over the phone and again upon arrival that it was okay to park in front of the office. Unfortunately, I later received a $65 ticket because it turned out to be on the street-sweeping side. Since I’m not from the area, I relied on their guidance and wish the parking instructions had been more accurate. Aside from that issue, the experience was positive, and I’m grateful for the care I received.
