I had a very disappointing experience at this urgent care. I brought my child in because he was in significant pain. At the front desk, I was told we needed to wait. After over an hour, I noticed that several patients who arrived after us were taken in first. When I politely asked about it, I was told that “they had more urgent cases than ours.” As a parent, hearing that while your child is clearly suffering is extremely frustrating and unacceptable. No proper explanation was given, and there was no transparency in how patients were being prioritized. If you are coming here with a child in pain, be aware that you may be left waiting without clear communication or consideration. This experience showed a lack of empathy and poor patient management. I would not recommend this urgent care, especially for parents with children.
