Urgent Care Physician Of New York-Hartsdale Pllc

I went to AFC because I believe I am having chest pain. I waited for over a hour and when the Dr. Finally comes in the room Dr. Mazhar Khurshid walks in and the first thing he asked why are you here? Which I responded chest pain, he then said why you came so late? I responded by saying pain was on and off so my first thought was acid reflux. He then said you shouldn’t had come so late we have things to do. The nurse in the room was very nice. But then he keep on saying is too late for an EKG which I responded sorry but I am just worried and wanted to make sure nothing wrong with my heart. He was so rude and nasty that I just walked out and left. I been there before and always Dr. have been so nice and gentle till today. Won’t say I wont go there again but definitely will check who is covering. Never had a bad experience like this in a healthcare setting. The Dr. had no compassion or empathy towards me.

Woke up with a pain and lump in my armpits. Did a walk-in. Was greeted with a smile. After I was triaged..the nurse said you have a couple of people in front of you..but when the doctor saw my vitals High blood pressure. He came in immediately. Talk to me..gave advice..we agreed on a plan. He gave me advice about not just the problem I came in their with but about my pressure as well. Before he left my room..he said we got to get you better. The nurse gave me my papers asked me I was ok and understand everything. Told me to take care and please return for,my follow up. Best urgent care place ever!!!
