I had a great experience at this Urgent Care. I arrived feeling very sick, and from the moment I walked in, everyone was kind, welcoming, and genuinely caring. The wait time was about 30–40 minutes, which was very reasonable. The doctor was highly professional, thorough, and took the time to explain everything in detail. I felt listened to and well cared for throughout my visit. I am very grateful that I chose this Urgent Care when I needed medical help and support the most. During a recent severe illness during the Christmas/New Years holidays, I was seen at this office 4 times by a different practitioner each time. Though I appreciated the help given to me from Dr's Shawn and Wong, I especially appreciated the professionalism, definitive diagnostic ability, and treatment rendered by Dr Lum. Under his care, I felt much more assured that I was being directed to the right course of treatment. Overall, the office experience was good.
