I’ve had the opportunity to visit Dr. Stein for an eye emergency, and I couldn't be happier with the care I received from him. A few days ago, I experienced sudden floaters and flashes in my eye. I was very anxious about the situation. I was quickly referred to Dr. Stein. Fortunately, I was given an appointment for the very next day. From the moment I met Dr. Stein, I was struck by his kindness and expertise, which immediately put me at ease. He conducted a thorough examination of my eyes and determined that I needed an immediate laser operation. He took the time to explain the necessity of the procedure and answered all of my concerns with patience and clarity. Additionally, he printed out detailed materials for me to read, making sure that I felt prepared. The operation proceeded smoothly, and I was particularly touched when Dr. Stein emailed me over the weekend to check on my progress. Today, I returned to Dr. Stein's office for a follow-up examination; everything appeared to be in order. This time, I was even more impressed by Dr. Stein’ communication in Spanish with his Spanish-speaking patients. He goes above and beyond to ensure good care for all his patients. As Dr. Stein continues to monitor my eyes in the coming weeks, I am very grateful to be under his expert care. With his professionalism, compassion, and proficiency, I am confident I am in good hands.
