I logged into ZocDoc and saw the reviews for the Podiatrist and decided to make an appointment which was available the next day ok a Saturday 🙂. Amazingly pleasant customer service from the time I walked in until the time I left. Front desk reception Shian and Sam have the most professional, and kind, communication and listening skills. It was refreshing to feel cared for. Then it gets even better when I meet with Dr. Jaques Tran. I almost want to keep him a secret. He is professional, focused, knowledgeable, empathetic, kind, and warm. He didn't rush. He actually listened to me and heard my concerns. He was able to explain what was happening with my feet. I appreciated his confidence, knowledge, understanding, and gentleness. Excellent Podiatrist! TBC I must return for the second part of my evaluation. He is exactly what I needed after the experiecing angry feet syndrome (when your feet are having a hard time and are in pain and you can not move with such pain). Today, before my appointment the pain decided to dissolve on one foot but the other foot began its tantrum.Dr. Tran understood and addressed both feet. The office decor, cleaniness, aroma, and music definitely sent a comfort vibe.10/10
