This is what you get when you move to One East Harlem. The only thing they forgot to do was put the property's name between the words, THE & PROJECTS 1ST photos Oct 22nd 2Nd photos Today Nov 4th This has been an ongoing issue for months. They blame it on the city then they say it's an internal building issue. WHO IS TO BLAME??? WHY IS IT NOT BEING FIXED??? WOULD YOU LIKE TO BATHE, COOK, BRUSH YOUR TEETH OR WASH YOUR CLOTHES IN THIS??? This place is slowly going down the drain figuratively and literally!

Ive had it with this building in the beginning it was great. Management is letting this building fall apart. Ive never seen a luxury building that you press a code out side of the building and they let any and everyone walk in as they please. random people are always using the amenities. Tenants stealing packages constantly. Children running the building unattended, people constantly smoking in a non-smoking building, children vaping and rolling up in the lounge. Garbage all over the building in the stairwell in the hallway in the elevators. Although tenants should play a role in keeping the building clean this building also does not have enough staff to maintain the building. There's always people lineup outside of the gym to get in or banging on the gym door to get in because the don't live there and don't have a key. I would avoided living on the floor with the amenities as it's not monitored and constant traffic of random children running around that don't live in the building. The lounge area also becomes a make out place for the children. shopping carts are left throughout the building. The front desk people don't ask anyone where they are going. So if you're looking to have access to the amenities that they are offering moving in you won't the games has been locked can use it. The coffee machine gets turned off because once again children are playing with it. Elevators are constantly broken.
