Upper East Side Cardiology & Vein Institute

I had a really positive experience at Upper East Side Cardiology & Vein Institute with Dr. Satjit Bhusri. The office has a cozy, welcoming vibe and feels calm and well run. I was seen almost immediately, which I truly appreciated. The medical assistant was thorough, polite, and explained everything clearly with great energy. Dr. Bhusri was reassuring, knowledgeable, and had excellent bedside manner. He took the time to review my lab results, explain everything in a way I could understand, and calmly address any concerns or questions I had. I left feeling confident, well informed, and genuinely reassured by his assessment. I am very happy to have him as my cardiologist and would highly recommend his practice.

From the moment I booked my appointment wfor my very first visit on zocdoc, it was a breeze. I received a call from the office to confirm my scheduled appmt and insurance acceptance, and they sent me my intake forms so I could complete them before I arrived. The front desk was welcoming and because I had done my intake online, I was taken in exactly on time within minutes of arriving! The doctor's assistant was friendly and competent. She explained the tests she was performing and then I got to meet with Dr. Bhusri. He is very thorough, friendly and spent time with me to answer all my questions and explain the tests he was ordering for me. I feel very taken care of and strongly recommend him. I will be telling my friends about my experience when I can and encourage them to see him too. Thank you Dr. Bhusri and staff.
