Uplift Behavioral Health Pc

I would not recommend. I will never talk to another therapist. I am already dealing with financial issues and then they charge me twice. Thank goodness that I have insurance. I saw the bill for her service! No one should get paid $330 an hour to make me relive my horrible past! She just made me feel like everything was my fault. I can talk to my fiance or my mom and not get charged. Talk about just stressing me out and making my issues worse!

Honestly I love the therapists. Im so sad my favorite therapist (Tamara) left, but my new therapist Latisha is also amazing. Tamara is the reason I even got diagnosed with the condition I have after years of noticing the signs. Bonita and Maggie make the scheduling and follow ups super easy. Maggie was even my case manager at one point and she made sure I was always okay in my current situation. I can't really say the same about the psychiatrists. Dr.Chen I felt profiled by and she also refused all meds when I was leaving for a trip and required said medication for the trip (I was given 4 pills by someone who had them which was all I needed/was asking for) until I could see her in person which did not work for my schedule prior to leaving. Dr.Pepper is pretty nice but I am still getting a feel for her. I do feel like she doesn't give enough time for meds to actully start working prior to checking in and changing doses etc. Other than that I have not had a problem. Ive been with uplift for years now and I must say overall I am happy here. Update: I take it all back. I have never had this many problems in regards to my mental health until I dealt with them. My providers including my therapist are still amazing and I am happy with that aspect of things but between the front desk and management the lack of communication among other things is absolutely ridiculous. Also to be told "im not giving you anything" by BONITA because I mentioned a report to the Department of Mental Health after direct violation of my patient rights for over 2 weeks. Im actively waiting for an email with everyones first and last names who I spoke with because after this encounter not only am I reporting to DMH but I will also be reporting to BBB.
