What an amazing facility. I took my wife to UCI for an outpatient procedure and what a class act. From check-in to check-out the staff were amazingly kind, compassionate and efficient. The parking is a bit crazy but the Facilities are clean and well maintained. My wife was well cared for and the nursing team were phenomenal as was her physician. I also checked out the cafeteria and had a breakfast sandwich and coffee while I waited for my wife to return to the recovery room. A nice experience and my wife is doing well. Highly recommended

wife is pregnant and in severe pain. We have been waiting for hours while staff keep giving false promises about wait times. Nobody seems to care about patients or take responsibility. The lack of urgency, communication, and professionalism is shocking and unacceptable
