Doctors here diagnosed a rare neurovisual condition I have dealt with my entire life. Very grateful for that. Staff seems decent enough. I would encourage anyone seeking care anywhere to be very cautious about who you trust your care with. But these guys are not so bad. Would recommend.

Terrible. I scheduled for glass prescription only , and was surprised in the examination chair I learnt that my visit was booked for a comprehensive eye examination, conducted by an intern, that I did not request, and despite my protest, that I already have an appointment with my ophthalmology for a comprehensive in two months , she went ahead anyway, and that lasted well over an hour. The "professional" came in later for about 5 minutes. Said I needed eye drops that never reached my pharmacy for 6 days and counting , including 4 work days, and I am still waiting for the prescription. I opted out of one of the procedures as part of the "comprehensive examination" did not trust having that done to my eyes two months before my examination by a ophthalmologist. It should be clearly stated that one will be seen by an intern for the entire visit, followed by a casual short review by the "professional" at the end. I understand this is a teaching facility, but one should have the option and not be deceived as to who is taking care of your visit,
