Unprofessional! Unrespectufl! Don't GO I just chat with Dr.Lu! He asks my dad WALK to the clinic when I stated that my Dad (who got stroke) just practice how to WALK with a person as assistant! He still asks me to bring him even i said the NYU doctor said we can do a video visit. No Manner, when we need help and professional info due to my Dad's emotional damage, he said its not consider emergency, dont contact him. Dude, i ask for professional help, not 911! I will removed my whole family from there. (yes, we been there since 6 yrs ago). Forgot to said, they draw 8 tubes of blood from me last time. Because THEIR MISTAKE.

I have been using their services well over ten years - before they move to this new office/location. They were great and took good care of me. For the past couple of years, I have noticed how their services have gone down in quality - they basically are trying to get in as many patients as they can per day. This meant for lesser quality service or care per patient seen. Whenever I go, I have noticed how they quickly rushed me in and out of the office. This is not saying the wait is short; it’s the talk with the doctors or nurse that’s quick and over with; not letting you explain about your ailments. Not much other things to be said really. Maybe to them - it is deemed as efficient - since the headcounts is parallel to capital. Honestly, personally I think its an abysmal approach to patient care.
