It was very clean and the staff is kind and friendly. The rooms are spacious and make you feel like you're home. The pillows are not comfortable do I'll recommend bringing your own. I'm taking one star away because they don't offer you to take a shower after the study si you have to walk out with a bunch of sticky clay in your scalp. I am taking other star away because they never sent the results to my doctor even though they told me I didn't need to pick up the results so I lost time because of that.

I needed to have a study done just to see if I had sleep apnea. Honestly, the experience was not that bad however, the one thing I hated the most was that the paste/glue they use to keep the electrodes on your head was very difficult to remove. Personally, I prefer the at home sleep study rather than in-lab. I took 2 showers, morning and night on the day I went home to try to get the paste/glue off... it is very stubborn. Not sure if it's because I have rather thin/fine hair, that's why it's basically pulling out my hair as it's coming off. But, even after a couple of washes, it still feels as if there's still some left on my scalp. Also, the pillows there are not actually made for sleeping. If you need a study done, make sure to bring your own pillow.
