Mr. Estrada at the United Bronx Parent Organization located 607 Prospects Ave Bronx N Y. As a retire case worker for the City of New York i can not stand by and not address Mr. Estarada blanted rude and disrespect behavior when it come to dealing with the public in-regard handing out food to the community and Mr.Christan Estrada discusting behaviorsome for handing food needs to stop. This individual allowing people who stand the line for two to three refusing them to get food because they step off the line for a minutes, this behavior doesn't belong in America and his action need to stop immediately. Mr.Estrada do not know if a person has food on his or her table for the day, This should not be happing. Inaddition you are turning aways people who do not have on mask especially when people are not in close contact. If this gentleman has a supervisor they need to pull a meeting with him and discuss this is not the place for unreasoble action and please be a human bean first. Again his behavior doesn't belong in America especially when it comes to handing out food.

First and last time will I ever go here. Extremely rude staff. Don’t speak to people with respect. Shameful! The dark skin man with the hat made a scene to show off to others saying he needs to work. He placed some items down and I was trying to put them in my bags and not even 10 seconds he’s rushing me very rudely. I said give me a moment and he started making a scene. There were others that was saying that the staff there act like dogs. The line is very long which is understandable but if the man sees anyone without their masks although is outside he tells them to go back in the line! Bullies! Do better with who you hire. 6/15/23
