They were able to identify my insurance, provide detailed cost estimations for my prescription although I brought my own frame and my optician doesn't work here. Using my FSA card was also a relatively painless experience, they sent the itemized receipt to my email the day after my visit and my account administrator accepted it along with the POS printout without further bothering me. My only complaint is that they could use more caution when installing the lenses, yes I understand they made a disclaimer about potential damage to the frame if I brought my own instead of buying theirs since they don't have experience with all frames. Anyway the scratches are just cosmetic, it doesn't affect the functionality. Generally speaking I'm very pleased with my experience and will revisit this location if I need to.
