Had muscle-eye (strabismus) surgery at this facility. The customer service was top notch at every level. Dr.Wisnicki was very helpful and answered every question before and after the procedure. The surgery went extremely well, and the recovery has been going way better than I ever expected. Highly recommend!

Our first appointment for our daughter was cancelled at 5p the day before her morning appointment. This was a tough pill to swallow. We decided to make another appointment with a different doctor in the practice the following week and they called us 2hours before that appointment to cancel because the new doctor didn’t take our insurance and also didn’t see pediatric patients. I’ve never had an experience like this at a doctor’s office. I found this to be incredibly insensitive and disorganized. It was inconsiderate our time an our child. I will not mention the doctor’s names but this practice needs to reevaluate the timing around contacting patients for cancelling their appointments. How is it that if I cancel an appointment within a certain time frame I’m held liable of a fee but they are allowed to cancel appointments last minute twice without any concern. Absolutely distasteful.
