For Dental clinic at 2016 Bronxdale. I had an emergency visit today due to severe tooth pain. I couldn’t sleep all night and was in tears from how bad it was. From the moment I walked in, Dr. Rosenberg and Dr. Arkow, along with their dental assistant, were incredibly compassionate and patient with me. I have a lot of anxiety and fear when it comes to the dentist, but they took the time to calm me down, explain everything, and make sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire visit. They truly went above and beyond, not just treating my pain but also helping me feel at ease. I’m so grateful for the care I received today. Thank you for your kindness, professionalism, and understanding, you made a very difficult day so much better.

I had a very disappointing experience at this dental office. The staff seemed disorganized and communication was poor from the moment I walked in. I waited far longer than my scheduled appointment time, and no one explained the delay. During the visit, the dentist felt rushed and didn’t take the time to properly explain the treatment or answer my questions. I left feeling like my concerns weren’t taken seriously. Customer service is extremely important when it comes to healthcare, and unfortunately this office fell short. I hope they improve their professionalism and patient care because the experience was far from what I expected.
