I had a very disappointing experience at this dental office. The staff seemed disorganized and communication was poor from the moment I walked in. I waited far longer than my scheduled appointment time, and no one explained the delay. During the visit, the dentist felt rushed and didn’t take the time to properly explain the treatment or answer my questions. I left feeling like my concerns weren’t taken seriously. Customer service is extremely important when it comes to healthcare, and unfortunately this office fell short. I hope they improve their professionalism and patient care because the experience was far from what I expected.

I am extremely disappointed with this clinic, OBGYN 2nd floor .Even though I am pregnant, they refused to see me, showing little concern for my health or safety. It became clear that their priority is money, not patient care. Being turned away during such an important time left me stressed, scared, and unsupported. A medical clinic should prioritize patient health, especially for expectant mothers, rather than focusing on insurance or profit. I cannot recommend this clinic and hope they reconsider how they treat patients. I’m never going back there again!
