I saw Monica Bueno, NP for my annual physical and she was very knowledgeable, professional, thorough, and friendly. She answered all of my questions with patience and clarity. The office is clean, and everyone on staff—from the front desk to the nurses—was pleasant, kind, and efficient. They truly made my day. Scheduling an appointment was easy and on the day of my appointment I was able to see her almost right away. The online portal is user-friendly and made it easy to access my notes and test results. I typically experience anxiety when getting blood drawn due to past trauma at another office, but the nurse who assisted me was incredibly reassuring and comforting. She held my hand, guided me through deep breathing, and made the experience as comfortable as possible. I’ve never had such a positive experience with bloodwork—she’s truly a godsend. Monica, the nurse, and her team exemplify medical professionals who genuinely care about their patients and are excellent at what they do. I highly recommend this office.

I have had an amazing experience with Monica Bueno, NP at NYU Langone - Bayside, serving as my primary care physician (PCP). She is very knowledgeable, has excellent bedside manner, ensures all of your questions and concerns are thoroughly addressed, she is very pleasant and kind, and really cares for her patients. She has excellent staff working with her across the medical assistants (MAs) and other nurses. They were all so great to work with - very professional and nice. They quickly took my labs and administered my flu vaccine. The office is very clean. The valet parking helps a lot given parking is not easy. I highly recommend seeing Monica Bueno, NP for your PCP needs. She is awesome!
