Received terrible service today. I had an appointment to collect my report at 2:15 pm and I waited 4 hours without anyone assisting me. Staff is extremely unhelpful and unprofessional. The place is hot as hell with no air conditioning running, even in 90° days. I waited for another 30 minutes just for a single shot. The doctors are very kind but I still hope for some improvements. Immensely dissatisfied and disappointed.
