I had all four of my wisdom teeth removed by Dr.Fay, and I have no regrets. I was fully sedated during my procedure and felt no pain at all. The entire team had a very calm, friendly bedside manner—they even put a warm blanket on me before anesthesia, which really helped me relax. I went to sleep feeling completely comfortable. Before the surgery, Dr.Fay took the time to clearly explain my situation and what the procedure would involve, which gave me a lot of confidence going in. Recovery overall was smooth. Because my lower wisdom teeth were positioned sideways, I did experience some temporary numbness in my right lip and chin area (which is normal for cases like mine). What really stood out was how attentive and reassuring Dr.Fay was. She scheduled follow-up appointments, monitored the healing closely, and everything resolved exactly as she said it would. At this point in time, I’m fully back to normal. The front desk staff were also friendly and helpful, and I appreciated the post-procedure check-in call.
