STEPHANIE FROMMELT, the Care Professional was extremely helpful when I had to choose the hearing aids. She was patient, polite and friendly with the process. This's something I really appreciate. Choosing Hearing Aids is not a simple nor quick process so, when you have someone who takes the time to explain and demonstrate the process it makes a huge difference. What made my decision easier was that she also wears hearing aids making the decision for me easier and less stressful. This was a game changer for me because some people don’t understand how hard it is to accept your loss of hearing as a normal thing in life. For me being able to connect with someone who knows how it feels not from a seller perspective but rather through her own experience made my experience and decision a lot easier.
