The office is nice and the staff are fabulous. Miguel answers all my questions, suggests best practices to get the most out of my hearing aid, and inspects it to make sure everything is running fine during my tri-monthly appointments. I purchased my hearing aid almost a year ago, and Belton is the best hearing aid I've ever had. I can't emphasize this enough; the service is excellent, and Miguel and the staff make it so.

I have had 2 very informative sessions with Miguel C. at the Beltone Carmel, NY location. He is personable and knows his products well. He does not rush his sessions and does all he can to explain, not only the product he would recommend, but also how this product can enhance your specific hearing loss. If you have concerns about a change in your hearing or wish to upgrade I know Miguel can be helpful.
