I was at ArchCare for a little over 2 months recovering from a hospital stay and receiving physical and occupational therapy. I was treated with such kindness and respect— from all the staff. The nurses were fantastic, the PT/OT team were experienced and reassuring. Karena the social worker did a great job connecting me with resources for after my stay. Overall a great experience.

My child was admitted here for rehabilitation after being in the hospital. This has been a nightmare for me and my family, and mostly my baby girl, who has been in the emergency room and hospitalized twice due to negligence under the facility's care. The staff and administration do not respect patients or their families. They will change medication and even try to change the patient's doctor without family knowledge or consent. I am now trying to get my loved one out of this lonely and dark place; however, they are making it difficult, so the buck can keep rolling in. Please, be cautious before placing your loved ones in facilities. This was the biggest mistake of my life. Please pray for my innocent baby 🙏🙏🙏
