Rating: ⭐/5 BELIEVE THR NEGATIVE COMMENTS!!!!! The quality of care management at this agency has plummeted over the last few years. We’ve cycled through six different managers, and with each change, the professionalism declines. Most recently, a manager called me and demanded to know my son's location without so much as an introduction or a 'hello.' When I escalated these concerns to the regional director and supervisor, I was met with empty promises. While the supervisor was 'supportive' via email, her phone demeanor was dismissive and unprofessional. It’s a shame because the first two managers were excellent, but they clearly cannot retain high-quality staff. If you are looking for consistent, respectful communication, look elsewhere.
