Total Diagnostics

I had a very bad experience at this diagnostic center. The staff is extremely unprofessional and careless. Instead of helping patients, they waste time with unnecessary formalities and unreasonable demands. Even after giving all required details, they kept delaying and irritating me with repeated questions and rude behavior. Patients come here already worried about their health, but the staff shows no concern or urgency. There is absolutely no respect for people’s time. The service is slow, disorganized, and very frustrating. I would not recommend this place to anyone. They seriously need to improve their management, staff behavior, and basic professionalism.

Extremely poor and unprofessional service. We visited for an ultrasound and were kept waiting for nearly 3 hours without any valid explanation. The staff showed little regard for patients’ time. Completely unacceptable and very disappointing
