Total Care Physical Therapy

I would consider myself "generous" for giving this medical center a rating of 1 star. Words can not describe how sketchy this place is. I was not alarmed by the long wait time since that is the case for most clinics and medical centers. What I could not overlook was their act of allowing patients who are close with the doctor to hop the wait line. It may just be an extra few minutes, but time is still time. I also took notice on the way the some of the assistants were treated. Paid workers or volunteers aside, staff in general should not be spoken to with such disrespect.

I have just arrived back home astonishingly offended, insulted, and not taken seriously to travel 3 hours from NJ to get into this rude medical establishment and dealing with this doctor name Dr. Wei Wang. I politely made and asked to see him as scheduled and he told me it was okay. But I arrived there,he lastingly asked me what I wanted and when finally meeting with this medical professional he acted and addressed me as if this scheduled appointment ever existed. He also snarled at me that he doesn't take my insurance. also felt I was racially prejudiced against because I was a black woman and being the only black guest where it looked like only the Chinese patients were acknowledged and takened care of. If all of this was going to occur, I would have never wasted my valuable time to go here and go to a more relevant aid.
