Another great appointment and procedure with Dr. Anna Wu! She never disappoints. She is personable, caring, and highly competent-combining both the science and skill of medicine with the art of humanity and healthcare. She has an amazing memory and remembered our last procedure effortlessly despite it being months ago. I was prepared to remind her I needed more anesthesia, but I didn't have to. Remarkable! She truly cares, and I'm always happy to see her. I know I'm in good hands and trust her. The front desk was good as well. I was running late due to extreme cold temperature train delays. Natalie picked up the phone right away both times I called and gave me clear instructions to the Downtown location, and Chloe explained the billing portion calmly and professionally. I only have good things to say about this practice. Toetal Podiatry has improved my quality of life greatly, as I am on my feet all due for my job and need my feet to be strong and healthy.
