Weary about new clinics, hospitals after retirement and losing job health insurance and being with my former PCP for years. Starting over can be scary with a new provider. After a few visits, follow up appointments, staff has always shown professionalism, empathy and respect. Some are funny too. Thanks for being a great experience. Located in a nice neighborhood, safety matters. Lost of places to eat and shop. A shout out to the staff at Montefiore clinic.

I went to an appointment for my 8 month old baby. I refused for them to provide the Vaccine since i missed the 6 month f/u due to him being sick. My personal reason for refusal and Doctor Mercia Berman- Billing got extremely frustrated that her leg started to shake, she started to say things like “Well i hope your baby don’t get sick, and he is a beautiful baby” started talking about an Amish family that got sick and got a disease and died. “Let’s pray God protect him” Ms. Berman was very unprofessional and when I told her I needed WIC papers to be completed she declined and tried to use the vaccination refusal and when questioned she stated that my baby needed to do blood work in order for her to complete her WIC docs. Which i was not aware of and was not against of any bloodwork. It’s disgusting how horrible of a person she became due to my personal belief of not wanting my baby receiving the current vaccine.
