There is no one working.I got here at 3:10 like they asked me to for my 3:40 appointment.The lobby is completely full of people who have no idea what to do. It’s 3:49, no one has said a word to me and apparently according to google they close at 4:30. I’m not sure what to do.

I went in and was seen after about 10 minutes which is really good... I never really mind waiting either because sometimes people can be bust do other things so I always try and have some patience but they are definitely welcoming and I appreciate them.
