I had an virtual appointment done through corporations website. I'm a old client to other locations. Front desk called me 30 min prior and told me MD will not do a virtual visit because i'm a new patient. They canceled my appointment and falsified the medical records as it was per patient request not because they refused to provide care. Corporation will be informed about incident . If you have issues like me please file a complain with Optum. It's unprecedented and against the law to refuse to provide care.

Had an appt at 4:15pm that I waited 1+ months for. I work in NYC & left at 2:45 to be sure I was on time. Of course I was on a train that went out of service then had to wait for the bus. The trip was taking 1 hour & 45 minutes which is much longer than it should've been. Know that I was running late, I called the office 3 times and on the 3rd call someone answered just to find out that the doctor left the building. My appt was 4:15 & I called at 4:15 & he already left. How does a doctor do that without contacting his scheduled appt. I am extremely upset that i traveled so long & he left before my appt time. I am changing doctors.
