In the span of over a year TSI did absolutely nothing to help me. NOTHING. They made me come in every single months for in person check ins & that was a complete waste of time. The one thing I asked for their help with was helping me with my health insurance. They ended up signing me up for a plan that was triple what I was originally paying. The account manager I was working with promised to get at least half of that reimbursed as it was her mistake. But that account manager ended up quitting & passed none of my info along to the new account manager. The new account manager wanted to "graduate" me from the program because I have housing & a job. I had housing & a job before I came to TSI. I insisted I be unenrolled rather than graduated because it seemed like they were trying to take credit for helping me get something I already had. Maybe the program was meant for people more low functioning than myself. But they could have told me that up front instead of having me come in every month for a year just for them to do nothing. Then as I was being dis-enrolled they wanted to ask all kinds of medical questions that they had never asked in any of my monthly visits. If you didn't care before I asked to be unenrolled don't start being nosy now.
