Dr. Roseme-Frederick is a great doctor. She is able to manage patients with complex medical problems, and connect them with the specialists that they need. She is excellent at prioritizing problems and identifying solutions. Blood tests can be drawn in office. Short wait times. Very capable and polite support staff. Highly recommended. A+++++

The staff is great except for their valet attendant, I watched the same man harass a young woman in a wheelchair, twice now. I don't understand why they allow this man to work, he clearly goes after to her because I heard him making comments about how "it's always her" or something like that, meaning he knows this woman and goes out of his way to ruin her day instead of just doing his job and being helpful. Honestly it makes me feel unsafe knowing someone like that is supposed to be the one handling my vehicle and until this is taken care of I'm not sure if I even want to come back to this location. Such a horrible experience I had to watch and I even had to ask the woman if she was okay after I saw it happen to her again and she agreed that he clearly goes out of his way to make this woman struggle just to park her car. She explained that an ordinary person cannot operate her vehicle due to her condition but when she explains it to the attendant he acts like she's crazy and that he can drive anything. Absolutely ridiculous.
