I can’t say enough good things about Theracare and I'm particular Sebastian and Diane. From day one, they’ve gone out of their way to make the entire process smoother, less stressful, and genuinely human. The front desk is often the first impression of any medical or PT office, and they absolutely set the tone in the best way possible. They’re patient, attentive, and always willing to help whether it’s scheduling appointments, answering questions, or just making sure I felt taken care of when I was overwhelmed and recovering. Their kindness and consistency really stood out. It never felt like I was “just another patient.” They remembered details, followed up, and made sure things didn’t fall through the cracks. Diane and Sebastian and Astrid (the whole office really) are a huge part of why my experience at Theracare PT has been so positive. People like them make a real difference in recovery, and I’m genuinely grateful for their support.

9am appt- had to wait 30 minutes and still No one showed up, no one at tbe front desk and there a waiting room full of people and no one to Check anyone in. unprofessional and no respect for anyone’s time. Avoid at all costs
