The Plaza Rehab and Nursing Center

Let's start with the food. Disgusting. I wouldn't feed my dog the food. Everything about the food is awful. Always late and always cold. I hant seen a apple or banana. As of staff. Most are great but the ones who are not your regular CNA are nasty and rude. Also I've never thought I see the day that a facility doesn't have ESPN. That's a travesty. No bread no butter no condiments. You guys don't make enough money? Update on food. Still the same all talk no action. I just had something they called bake ziti and the garlic bread was a hot dog bun. Really. No effort what's so ever. Peoples find another home for your family members if you love them. Also a medical update coming soon, trust me it's going to be a doozy. Also if it wasn't for Shante, Olga, Madonna, Joseph, Issa, Jerone. Life would be very difficult. They are the reason you even get a star because they are the stars.

I recently had on opportunity to visit the The Plaza Rehab a d Nuring Center. While visiting with my dad I was really impressed with the facility and the staff. The facility was very clean my dad was placed in a private room per our request. The staff was nice ans very informative especially charge nurse William on the 4thw and we were also pressured with the social worker Sheldie Wade. My were experience has been great this far working with this team. They have made this time comfortable for us knowing that I'm miles away from my dad while he recovers. I would recommend this facility to the next family that has to make a decision about a love one's care.
